All payments made to RIVET Studios™ for all our experiences are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Digital Goods & Services
Project Catalina offers digital goods and services, including but not limited to:
Game access
In-game content or features
Subscriptions
One-time purchases
Once these items are delivered or made available to your account, they cannot be returned, reversed, or refunded.
No Refunds – No Exceptions
We do not issue refunds for:
Change of mind
Inactivity or lack of use
Dissatisfaction with gameplay or features
Account bans or suspensions due to serious rule violations
Failure to read product descriptions or requirements
All sales are considered final.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting support may result in:
Immediate suspension or termination of your Project Catalina account
Permanent loss of access to purchased content
Additional restrictions on future purchases
If you experience a billing issue, you must contact our support team before taking any action with your payment provider.
Billing Errors
Refunds may only be considered in the rare case of a verified billing error caused directly by RIVET Studios™. This does not include user error, misuse, or third-party issues.
Any billing concerns must be reported promptly.

If you believe there is an issue with a payment, you may contact support for review. Submitting a ticket does not guarantee a refund.
