Overview

RIVET Studios™ website accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated for violations of our policies, misuse of services, abuse of systems, or other enforcement-related reasons.

Website account actions are separate from in-game and Discord moderation.

Non-Appealable Website Actions

Website account suspensions and terminations are final and non-appealable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Account termination

  • Website access suspension

  • Store or subscription access removal

  • Support access restriction

Support will not review, reverse, or discuss website account enforcement decisions.

What Support Does Not Handle

RIVET Studios™ support does not handle:

  • In-game bans or warnings

  • In-game moderation disputes

  • Discord server moderation actions

  • Requests to reduce or remove punishments

  • Appeals submitted through tickets or DMs

Submitting a support ticket for these issues will not result in a review and may be closed without response.
