Overview
RIVET Studios™ reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate user access to its services at any time. This applies to all RIVET Studios™ platforms, services, and communities.
Use of our services is a privilege, not a right.
Scope of Enforcement
Account enforcement may apply across:
The RIVET Studios™ website and store
Project Catalina and other RIVET Studios™ games
RIVET Studios™ Discord servers
Third-party platforms we operate on or manage, including but not limited to Roblox, Discord, and other micro-platforms, servers, or services
Actions may be applied on one or multiple platforms simultaneously.
Reasons for Termination or Removal
Accounts may be terminated or removed for reasons including, but not limited to:
Violations of rules, policies, or terms
Abuse of systems or services
Circumventing moderation actions
Harassment, threats, or disruptive behavior
Fraud, chargebacks, or payment abuse
Behavior that harms the community or RIVET Studios™ operations
Not all enforcement actions require prior warning.
Third-Party Platform Enforcement
RIVET Studios™ may take action on third-party platforms where we maintain an official presence or server, even if the behavior occurred elsewhere.
Removal from these platforms does not require:
A conviction on another platform
A completed appeal
User consent
Each platform may also apply its own independent enforcement.
No Guaranteed Appeals
Termination or removal decisions may be final.
Appeals, if allowed, are handled through designated processes only. Submitting support tickets, DMs, or public complaints will not result in reinstatement.
Effect on Purchases & Access
If an account is terminated or removed:
All access to RIVET Studios™ services may be revoked
Subscriptions and perks may be forfeited
No refunds or compensation will be issued
Account enforcement does not pause, or reverse billing obligations already incurred if enforcement was issued for legal reasons (severe TOS and copyright violations).
Acknowledgement
By using any RIVET Studios™ service, you acknowledge and agree that:
Access can be revoked at any time
Enforcement may extend across platforms
RIVET Studios™ has final authority on participation in its ecosystem
