Overview

RIVET Studios™ Support is not a place to vent, argue, or escalate personal drama. Tickets submitted about so-called “admin abuse,” “corruption,” or staff conspiracies are not valid support requests.

These claims are almost always subjective, emotional, or rooted in disagreement with a moderation outcome.

“Admin Abuse” Is Not a Support Issue

Support does not handle reports labeled as:

  • “Admin abuse”

  • “Staff corruption”

  • “Power trips”

  • “Bias”

  • “Unfair staff”

  • “Admins targeting me”

Submitting tickets with these terms does not make the issue legitimate. It signals a dispute with a moderation decision, not an actual support problem.

What Support Will Not Do

Support will not:

  • Overturn moderation actions

  • Investigate staff decisions through tickets

  • Mediate arguments between players and staff

  • Debate rule enforcement

  • Enter opinion-based or emotional disputes

Tickets attempting to reframe punishments as “abuse” may be closed without response.

The Correct Way to Handle Staff Issues

If you believe a staff member acted improperly, there is one correct path:

Report Staff Abuse (Game or Discord)
Open a Staff Report Ticket via our ticket system

Staff abuse report tickets are reviewed by appropriate leadership. Support does not interfere with or override this process.

Important Reality Check

Disagreeing with a punishment does not mean:

  • Abuse occurred

  • Corruption exists

  • Rules were broken by staff

Enforcement actions are not required to feel fair to be valid.

Final Notes

  • Support tickets are for technical, account, and billing issues

  • Drama-based tickets waste time and delay real support

  • Repeated misuse of support for disputes may result in restricted access

If your issue is not something support can fix, refund, or technically resolve, it does not belong in a support ticket.
