Lost in-game items cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Cash or bank balances
Vehicles or property
Items lost due to glitches, bugs, or server issues
Items lost as a result of another player breaking the rules
Items lost during roleplay scenarios or enforcement actions
RIVET Studios™ does not restore, reimburse, replace, or compensate for lost in-game items for any reason. Even if a loss occurs due to a confirmed rule violation by another player or a technical issue, we are unable to return or refund items.
All in-game progress, items, and assets are used at your own risk.
