What happens if I lose something in-game (cash, bank balance, vehicles, or other items)?

Lost in-game items cannot be recovered under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Cash or bank balances

  • Vehicles or property

  • Items lost due to glitches, bugs, or server issues

  • Items lost as a result of another player breaking the rules

  • Items lost during roleplay scenarios or enforcement actions

RIVET Studios™ does not restore, reimburse, replace, or compensate for lost in-game items for any reason. Even if a loss occurs due to a confirmed rule violation by another player or a technical issue, we are unable to return or refund items.

All in-game progress, items, and assets are used at your own risk.

By playing Project Catalina and making purchases, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • In-game losses are final

  • No compensation will be provided

  • Support cannot reverse or correct lost items

This policy helps ensure fair treatment for all players and prevents abuse of restoration systems.
