Overview
RIVET Studios™ uses a subscription-based billing system for all games and related services. By subscribing to any plan, you agree to the billing terms outlined below and are responsible for managing your subscription.
Subscription Tiers
We offer multiple subscription tiers, including but not limited to:
Bronze VIP®
Diamond VIP®
Founder’s Edition VIP®
Each tier provides different benefits and privileges across the RIVET Studios ecosystem. Benefits remain active only while your subscription is active.
Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly cycle, depending on the plan you select.
Charges automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
Your billing date is based on the original purchase date, not the calendar month.
It is your responsibility to track your billing cycle.
Upgrades & Pro-Rated Charges
If you upgrade your subscription:
You will be charged immediately
The cost will be pro-rated, accounting for unused time on your current plan
Your new tier benefits will activate instantly
Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle, not immediately.
No Refund Policy
All payments are final.
We do not offer refunds for:
Subscription upgrades or renewals
Partial billing periods
Unused time
Forgotten cancellations

Managing Your Subscription
Users are solely responsible for:
Managing their active subscriptions
Monitoring renewal dates
Cancelling subscriptions when no longer needed
Ensuring their account information is accurate
Subscriptions can be managed through your RIVET Studios account dashboard.
Failure to cancel before a renewal date will result in a charge.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe using industry-standard encryption. RIVET Studios™ does not store full payment details.
Account Access & Enforcement
If your account is suspended or restricted due to rule violations:
Billing will not be paused
Refunds will not be issued
Subscription benefits may be revoked
