Account Integrations
Account integrations allow you to link your RIVET Studios™ account with supported platforms, so your roles, permissions, and access stay in sync automatically.
Currently, RIVET Studios™ supports integrations with Discord and Roblox. Both must be linked for full functionality.
Why Integrations Matter
Linking your accounts ensures:
Automatic Discord role assignment
Access to private Discord channels and servers
Proper in-game permissions tied to your Roblox account
Accurate verification of ownership, rank, and status
If one platform is not linked, role syncing may fail or be incomplete.
Supported Integrations
Discord Integration
Linking your Discord account allows RIVET Studios™ to:
Assign and update your Discord roles automatically
Grant access to official RIVET Studios™ Discord servers
Verify your identity across platforms
Without Discord linked, you will not receive Discord roles or gated access.
Roblox Integration
Linking your Roblox account allows RIVET Studios™ to:
Verify your Roblox identity
Sync in-game permissions and roles
Associate your account with purchases, ranks, and gameplay data
Without Roblox linked, in-game role syncing and verification will not function.
How to Link Your Accounts
Go to Account Settings
Navigate to Integrations or visit:
https://resyncstudios.com/connectionsLink both:
Discord
Roblox
Follow the on-screen authorization steps for each platform
Both integrations must show as connected before syncing will work correctly.
Syncing Your Roles
Once both accounts are linked, you must manually sync your roles.
Using the Sync Button
Open the Integrations page:
https://resyncstudios.com/connectionsLocate the Sync button in the top-right corner of the page
Click Sync
Wait a few seconds for the process to complete
This will:
Update your Discord roles
Refresh your access permissions
Ensure your Roblox and Discord data are aligned
When to Use the Sync Button
You should use the Sync button if:
You just linked Discord or Roblox
You recently received a new role or rank
Your Discord roles are missing or outdated
You were told to resync access
You can safely use the Sync button multiple times if needed.
Common Issues
Roles did not update
Make sure both Discord and Roblox are linked
Ensure you are logged into the correct accounts
Press the Sync button again after a few minutes
Discord access missing
Confirm your Discord account is linked
Check that you are in the official RIVET Studios™ Discord
Use the Sync button to refresh roles
Important Notes
Linking only one platform is not sufficient
Role syncing is automated but requires manual syncing when changes occur
Unlinking an account may remove roles and access
If your integrations are set up correctly and synced, no further action is required.
