I. Identity & Access Integrity
Age Requirement: All members must be 13 years of age or older. Any individual found to be misrepresenting their age will be permanently removed and blacklisted from all RIVET Studios™ services.
Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the security of your Discord account. Actions taken by your account—regardless of who was at the keyboard—are your responsibility.
Staff Impersonation: Representing yourself as a member of the RIVET Studios™ staff, development team, or corporate leadership is strictly prohibited.
Punishment: Permanent Ban.
II. Professionalism & Aesthetic Standards
To maintain a focused development environment and prevent the infiltration of high-risk subcultures, we enforce a strict Professionalism Policy regarding user profiles (PFPs, Banners, and Statuses).
Aesthetic Restrictions: We do not permit imagery associated with "fringe" or high-risk fandoms that contradict the studio's professional branding. This includes, but is not limited to, anthropomorphic art, highly stylized "gacha" imagery, or obsessive parasocial/fandom content.
Discreet Content Policy: Profiles must remain professional. We prohibit the display of "niche lifestyle" aesthetics, including restrictive gear, suggestive medical themes, or excessive "gore" aesthetics.
Social Conduct: RIVET Studios™ is a professional gaming and development hub, not a social dating platform. Bio statuses or "DNI" lists that imply a desire for romantic or age-specific solicitation are grounds for immediate removal.
Protocol: Moderation is visual-based and absolute. Staff will prioritize community safety over artistic "context."
III. Prohibited Conduct & Critical Violations
Zero-Tolerance Toxicity: We define toxicity as harassment, targeted insults, hate speech, or baiting others into conflict. Respectful disagreement is allowed; personal attacks are not.
Threats & Intimidation: Any threat directed at a community member—physical, legal, or digital—will result in immediate termination of access.
Scamming & Financial Integrity: Attempting to redirect members to external storefronts, "get rich quick" schemes, or unauthorized services is strictly prohibited.
Punishment: Permanent Ban.
IV. Media & Communication Safety
NSFW Content: This is a 13+ server. The public channels are for gaming and development discussion. Posting explicit sexual content, pornography, or extreme graphic violence is forbidden.
Untrusted Links: Distribution of "IP loggers," phishing links, or unverified software downloads is a critical security violation.
Direct Messaging (DMs): Unsolicited DMing of Corporate Officers or Developers for support or project inquiries is prohibited. Use the designated ticketing systems.
V. Legal & TOS Compliance
Personal Information (Doxing): Spreading the private information of yourself or others is a severe violation of safety.
Intellectual Property: Discussion of or distribution of stolen assets, leaked builds, or "cracked" software will result in a permanent studio-wide blacklist.
Terms of Service: All members must simultaneously comply with the Discord Terms of Service and the RIVET Studios™ Master Agreement.
Enforcement Note: The RIVET Studios™ Leadership Team reserves the right to remove any individual whose presence is deemed detrimental to the health of the community or the progress of our projects.
