Overview

RIVET Studios™ Support exists to assist with legitimate technical, account, and billing issues. It is not a platform for threats, pressure tactics, or hostile behavior.

Any attempt to intimidate, coerce, or strong-arm support staff is considered abuse of support services.

Threats Do Not Influence Outcomes

Threats or ultimatums will not result in faster service, special treatment, or favorable outcomes.

This includes statements such as:

  • “I’ll charge back if this isn’t fixed”

  • “I’ll report RIVET Studios to Stripe / Roblox / Discord”

  • “I’ll sue”

  • “Fix this or else”

  • “Do this or I’ll expose/report you”

These statements immediately undermine your request and may end the conversation.

What Support Will Do

If a ticket contains threats, ultimatums, or abusive language, RIVET Studios™ may:

  • Close the ticket without further response

  • Refuse to continue communication on the issue

  • Restrict or revoke access to support services

  • Escalate the matter to account enforcement

Support staff are not required to continue engaging once a threat is made.

Chargebacks & Legal Threats

If you threaten or initiate:

  • A chargeback

  • Legal action

  • Regulatory complaints

Support will cease communication immediately. Any further handling will occur through the appropriate legal, financial, or platform channels, not support tickets.

Abuse of Support Services

Repeated misuse of support, including hostile language, bad-faith arguments, or pressure tactics, may result in:

  • Support access limitations

  • Account restrictions or termination

  • Loss of eligibility for assistance

Proper Use of Support

If you need help:

  • Be clear and respectful

  • Provide relevant details

  • Use the correct appeal or report channels when required

Respectful communication is the only way support can assist you.

Final Notice

Support is a privilege. Abusing it will only reduce or remove your ability to receive help in the future.
