RIVET Studios™ uses account integrations such as Roblox and Discord to protect platform integrity, prevent ban evasion, and stop account resale or misuse.
For these reasons, linked integrations are locked to your account by default.
Why Integrations Are Locked
Linked accounts help us:
Prevent ban or punishment evasion
Detect alternate or resold accounts
Maintain fair enforcement across platforms
Protect community and moderation systems
Allowing unrestricted unlinking would undermine these safeguards.
Unlinking Is Not Self-Service
Users cannot unlink Roblox or Discord integrations on their own.
This is intentional.
Requests to unlink integrations through account settings, repeated tickets, or DMs will not bypass this restriction.
One-Time Unlink Exception
RIVET Studios™ may allow a one-time unlink of a Discord or Roblox account upon request, subject to review.
Important conditions:
This is a one-time exception per account
Approval is not guaranteed
The request may be denied if it poses enforcement or security risks
Once an integration is unlinked under this exception, it cannot be re-linked to bypass enforcement.
No Unlinking for Enforcement Evasion
Unlink requests will be denied if they are associated with:
Active or past bans
Attempts to avoid punishment
Account resale or transfer
Ongoing investigations
Support will not assist with unlinking to circumvent rules or consequences.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Linking the correct Discord and Roblox accounts
Keeping access to those accounts
Understanding that links are intended to be long-term
Mistaken links do not guarantee approval for unlinking.
Final Notes
RIVET Studios™ reserves full discretion over:
Whether an unlink request is approved
Whether future relinking is allowed
Enforcement actions related to linked accounts
Linked account systems exist to protect the platform, not to inconvenience users.
